The event was broadcasted through Facebook Live with about 200+ live attendees and garnering about 5,000 views afterwards. This first-ever virtual sales convention of RCD Land embodied the company’s dedication to embrace innovation and flexibility on the current pandemic situation to equip its stakeholders with their needed information and assure them of the company’s continuous growth and performance during this challenging period.
OPENING REMARKS
As the opening remarks of RCD Land’s VP of Sales and Marketing, Mae G. Delantar, stated “2020, they say, is the year we wouldn’t want to revisit. I know it’s been a year full of challenges and uncertainties but I’m also pretty sure that amongst the chaos we have had some major learnings and breakthroughs. It was a year where we most probably had to change our thinking, shift our focus, and find new ways to do business”. Ms. Delantar has also extended her gratitude to everyone as they have displayed strong unity and teamwork to surpass business hurdles. Moreover, she assured that RCD Land is taking all the necessary measures to innovate and improve the company’s methods to ensure the business growth in the coming year.
LOOKING BACK YEAR 2020
2020 has been the year where everyone showed resilience. More than being resilient, RCD Land focused on giving back to the community and helping everyone to fight as one during this challenging year. The company donated a total of 400 sacks of rice on different barangays near the vicinity of its projects. The company also partnered with Operation Blessing Foundation Philippines, the humanitarian arm of CBN Asia, and garnered a total of P51,000 to give to the people greatly affected by the pandemic.

And of course, RCD made sure to extend support to its own employees and stakeholders. Safety measures are improved within the office premises for its employees, financial support is given to affected employees during the lockdown, service transportation is also provided to ensure the employees’ safety when going to the office. Payment holiday was also given to suspend payment dues during the entire lockdown period, which immensely helped our homebuyers retain their dream homes. RCD believes that its people remain as the core of the business and made sure they are protected and accounted for during these uncertain times. These efforts helped the community and showcased the company’s dedication to uphold its promise to do its part and contribute to better the society.
RCD LAND CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: SOUTH SECTOR
This is then followed by construction updates from Engr. Roy Tamayo, RCD Land’s Project Manager of the South Area. South projects are looking promising and are constantly progressing. Starting with RCD Royale Homes Silang Cavite, additional amenities are almost finish for Phase 1B and Phase 3B. 132 single-attached housing units are completed in Phase 3B, and the remaining units are bound to be done by the 1st quarter of 2021. RRH Silang is also establishing entrance gates to accommodate the upcoming Aguinaldo-Magallanes-Nasugbu Road located at the back of the subdivision, which will immensely improve homeowners’ accessibility to the Metro.
RCD Royale Homes Tuy is also rapidly developing with all its amenities completed and ready for homeowners’ use. 29% of the single-attached housing units in Phase 1 are also completed, then land development in Phase 2 is already at 97%, while 50% of the townhouse units in Phase 3 have been accomplished. RCD Villas de Trece, on the other hand, is at 70% completion of the land development and has 102 townhouse units under ongoing construction.

RCD LAND CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: NORTH SECTOR
Production Head, Engr. Bryan Achay, did a walkthrough of the North projects. RCD Royale Homes Norzagaray Bulacan is already at 85% land development, Phase 1 has 35% completion for townhouse units, and Phase 2 at 48% construction of housing units. The subdivision also came up with an improved and more effective drainage system which assures its homebuyers that the area will be flood-free during typhoons. More exciting news for the community since MRT Line 7 and the New Manila International Airport are rapidly developing, which greatly improves the area’s economic advancement.
And of course, RCD Royale Homes Mariveles Bataan is also marking its spot as we near completion of the subdivision’s land development with Phase 1 at 45%, Phase 2 at 58%, and Phase 3 at 67%. The project is looking promising with its overlooking view of the Corregidor Island and Manila Bay in Phase 3. In addition, the Bataan-Cavite bridge is also in the works which will greatly provide comfort and accessibility to RRH Mariveles’ homeowners.
AWARDING OF INCENTIVES FOR TOP SELLERS OF 2020
The event also recognized the top sellers of RCD which have qualified for exciting and excellent incentives for such amazing performance during the year 2020. Ms. Zosima Sale, one of the Sales Directors brought home a brand-new Honda Wave Drum Motorcycle for making a total sale of P79 Million! What’s more exciting than a brand-new motorcycle? Of course, it would be a house and lot and cash incentive! A townhouse unit in RCD Royale Homes Tuy and P100,000 cash incentive is awarded to RCD Realty Marketing Corporation for qualifying under the Broker’s Category for a total of 235 units sold which equates to P287.1 M worth of sales.

Despite the challenges from the past year, RCD Land Inc. is busy planning for four (4) new projects to launch at the earliest opportunity. First on the list is RCD Royale Homes Infanta which is a 12,300sqm lot area where 58 single-attached units are projected to rise in this first-class community.

Next, we have RCD Villas GenTri, where 486 affordable townhouse units will be built on a 40,000sqm of lot area. Coming right up is the promising RCD Royale Homes Balayan sprawling over 80,140 sqm of plain terrain where 440 housing units are planned to take place. Last but not the least is the expansion of RCD Royale Homes happening on 23,982 sqm of lot area where 210 single-attached units will be built. Providing quality homes remained as the main goal of the company and even better since these houses are offered at such affordable prices. This assures its homebuyers that they can continue to realize their dreams despite the current challenges.
