PARALEGAL

Requirements :
  • Manage all legal concerns of the company;
  • Assist retainer lawyers;
  • Monitor and follow ups all active cases; and,
  • Represent the company in all cases pending before the courts and all other tribunals.
  • Draft letters, answers, motions and other pleadings necessary for pending cases;
  • Review status of cases;
  • Court visitation and follow ups;
  • Attend to scheduled hearings;
  • Acts on all other mandates directly given by the management
  • ASSISTANT GEODETIC ENGINEER

    Requirements :
  • Conduct surveys to determine exact positions, measurement of points, elevations, lines, areas, volume, contours and other features of land surfaces, to collect data for construction projects
  • Collect survey data using the available surveying equipment in the site
  • Analyze and interpret data gathered to ensure adherence to project specification and survey standards
  • Ensure the correctness of mathematical calculations
  • BROKER'S COORDINATOR

    Requirements :
  • Updates sellers/brokers inventory, price list, ongoing promos, assist their inquiries and concerns.
  • Provides the Brokers and Broker Managers with presentation materials such as handouts, brochures, flyers, sales kits, as well as other necessary digital materials for the successful promotion of the project.
  • Maintains an accurate and active database of broker organizations
  • Provides the Brokers and Broker Managers with presentation materials such as handouts, brochures, flyers, sales kits, as well as other necessary digital materials for the successful promotion of the project.
  • Assist brokers and sellers thru project knowledge, site orientation, trippings, and closing of sales.
  • SITE OFFICER - TUY, BATANGAS

    Requirements :
  • Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Screening, recruiting, and training sales directors, sales managers and sales agents.
  • Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
  • Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
  • Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
  • Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
  • Informing product developers of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs.
  • Preparing cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase options.
  • Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
  • ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

    Requirements :
  • Prepares Daily Collection report in Main Office.
  • Monitors Issued postdated checks of clients and ensures deposited on time.
  • Maintain/Collate/Encode Collection report (Head Office & Branch) to Accounting System.
  • Maintains summary breakdown of Advance Commission released to agents.
  • Verifies if advance commissions are received prior to the release of cash allowances and other incentives.
  • Assist Marketing department with collection of commission from developers and make sure that they are being deposited on time.
  • Receives commissions, incentives and cash advances picked up from developers and makes sure that check/cash tallies with the vouchers provided.
  • Prepare summary of commissions received per Developer.
  • Follow up/monitor Withholding Certificate (2307) from developers.
  • In-charge for filing of Withholding tax (Expanded), VAT, Annual and Quarterly Alphalist.
  • Issued W/tax Certificate (2307) to Agents annually/quarterly (if needed).
  • Other task that may be assigned from time to time.
  • SITE OFFICER - BALAYAN, BATANGAS

    Requirements :

  • CIVIL ENGINEER

    Requirements :
  • Licensed Civil Engineer
  • Proficient in AutoCAD
  • Proficient in Estimating/Costing
  • Has extensive background in construction projects involving vertical or horizontal structures, subdivision development
  • With good oral and written communication
  • Willing to be relocated

  • CREDIT AND COLLECTIONS ASSISTANT

    Requirements :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • 1-2 years of Experience in credit and collection, experience in real estate is a plus
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
  • Ability to perform at high levels in a fast-paced ever-changing work environment.
  • QUALITY CONTROL ENGINEER

    Requirements :
  • Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
  • At least 3-5 years of Experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a similar role in a Housing/Subdivision Projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT

    Requirements :
  • Degree in business, management or real estate or civil engineering.
  • At least 6 months experience in real estate.
  • Skills in handling client issues and concerns.
  • COMPANY DRIVER (PAÑAQUE & BATAAN)

    Requirements :
  • At least high school graduate.
  • Professional Drivers License (Restrictions: 1,2,3)
  • Sound knowledge of road safety regulations.
  • Working knowledge of local roads and routes.
  • Defensive Driving Skills
  • PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ENGINEER

    Requirements :
  • Licensed Civil Engineer
  • 3 Years Experiences as a QC Engineer in Housing/Subdivision Projects

  • HR ASSISTANT

    Requirements :
  • Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science or any related course
  • 6 months to 1 year of Experience in Human Resource Management but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • MAINTENANCE STAFF

    Requirements :
  • Team Player, Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies.
  • Atleast High School Diploma

    Requirements :
  • Licensed Civil Engineer
  • 5 years+ experience as Project Manager in a Housing/subdivision Projects.
  • Capable to resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.
  • STRUCTURAL AND DESIGN ENGINEER

    Requirements :
  • BS Civil Engineering.
  • 2-3 years of work experience as a structural engineer in a Housing/Subdivision Projects
  • Advanced knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Ability to liaise with professionals from other disciplines.
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • SURVEY AIDE

    Requirements :
  • Know how to handle and operate RTK, total station.
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Geodetic, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
  • Professional Driver's License (1,2,3)
  • 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
  • Knowledgeable in plotting and preparation of Sketches, Relocation, As-Built, Topographic & subdivision plan, diagrams or schematics.
  • Pro-active and results-driven * Proficient in communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Willing to travel from South to North Projects (Batangas, Cavite, Bulacan, Bataan)
  • Experience real estate, subdivision projects
  • Has good in interpersonal and group communication
  • ACCOUNTING MANAGER

    Requirements :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience in Management, Accounting, or a related field may be preferred.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles.
  • Exceptional math skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, especially bookkeeping software and MS Office
  • High level of efficiency and accuracy.
