RCD Group’s 32nd anniversary was all about its people. The anniversary celebration was held in R&R Resort in Biñan, Laguna last Friday, August 16. A relaxed picnic party was the theme of the event, the main goal was for the employees and members to enjoy, bond, and have fun. It was definitely a day free of stress and hassle, a breath of fresh air from the usual work scenario for everyone!
Six employees were recognized for their continuous support and loyalty to the company. To show appreciation to these people, a 14K gold ring was awarded to each.
Mr. Joselito Bermiso, Ms. Shiela Caguicla, and Ms. Lettie Finn Relosa have been loyal to the company for 5 years.
On the other hand, Ms. Maryknoll Vilarba and Ms. Rhoda Velunta have been with the company for 10 years..
And of course, Mr. Raul Castelo has been recognized for his 15-year loyalty and support to RCD Land, Inc.
In connection to RCD Group’s anniversary, a sellers’ awarding was held in Romalaine Seafood Restaurant & Leisure Park in Mariveles, Bataan last Sunday, August 18. This is to recognize the top performing sales agents, directors, and brokers that have been continuously supporting RCD Land’s projects.
A trip to Cebu and Bohol with P10,000 pocket money was awarded to Aline Aguinaldo, Jovi Dhoneal Lepasana, and Susana Ador for being our annual salesperson awardees.
Moreover, an International trip to South Korea with P35,000 pocket money was awarded to Elmira Mae Delos Santos.
Of course, a trip to Japan with P50,000 pocket money was awarded to Merlene Cariño for being our annual sales director awardee.
Last but not the least, 110-sqm lot in Silang, Cavite, and P100,000 cash incentives were awarded to MMD Realty Marketing Services Ltd. Co. for being our annual awardee for the broker’s category.
Like a garden filled with strong trees, the real estate industry has been filled with bigger companies equipped with deeper sources of funding and commercial advantages of name-recall.
